Frequently Asked Questions

We would like to share with you some answers to our most frequently asked questions.

1. Where is the conference held?
The CROSS Center
495 Duckers Road
Midway, KY 40347

2. Who can attend this conference?
If you are female you can come! This is designed for ALL ages and stages of life; don’t think “I’m too young or too old for this.” You don’t have to be a member of our church, or any church for that matter. This conference is for YOU!

3. What is the deadline to order my ticket?
We will continue to sell tickets until they sell out. Each year our tickets do sell out before the conference date, so we recommend purchasing as early as possible.

4. When do the doors open and what time does the conference start and end?
Doors will open to at 8 am where you will be greeted by friendly faces, a grab and go style breakfast, and vendor booths for you to browse and shop. The conference will start promptly at 9 am and will be over at 3 pm.

5. Can I come and go throughout the day?
We would love for you to DEVOTE your day to the conference in its entirety so that you can receive the full experience. However, we understand that life happens and some of you may need to come and go throughout the day. We would rather have you for part of the day than for none at all. Please feel free to do what you need to do in order to be a part of this amazing day!

6. What should I wear?
Casual layers are recommended for your comfort that day. We will try to have the temperature at a comfortable setting however when that many women gather in one place it is hard to meet everyone’s needs.

7. Is there reserved seating?
We will have seating available on a first come first serve basis. If you have a group you would like to sit with, please plant to arrive early in order to claim your spots. Please be aware that some ladies will be there without anyone, so please look for the lonely and left out and try to make them feel included.

8. What should I bring with me?
We will provide you with everything you need including a pen and space in the program for note taking. You may want to bring your Bible and a journal for additional notes. If you have food allergies, you may want to pack a lunch and a snack.

9. What is the menu for the conference?
Bagels, fruit, coffee, water and juice will be available until the conference starts at 9 am. Lunch will be served around 12:30. We do not have our menu set for this year at this time. We will update this question when we do.

10. What can I expect from this experience?
We have been praying that you will experience an encounter with the Lord. We expect God to answer our prayers. There will be LIVE praise and worship, LIVE spirit-filled speakers and their messages of faith, hope, healing, love and inspiration, as well as meaningful fellowship and conversation around the table with other women.

11. Can I pre-order my shirt?
Absolutely! We do not yet have our shirts and apparel items for sale, but once we do they will be available for pre-order. Items ordered early can be shipped to your home or can be picked up at the EC3 Apparel Retail Store in Versailles. Sizes, quantities, and styles cannot be guaranteed the day of the conference, so we encourage you to pre-order your shirt.

Devoted Conference

The Devoted Women's Conference is a ministry of Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church.
